The people who lead the Foundation’s programmes and operations day to day.

This page introduces the presidents, deputies, and operational leaders who carry the Foundation’s programme work forward. They are the people communities meet on the ground, and the people whose judgement decides how each programme adapts to what it finds there.

The Foundation’s community programmes span emergency response, health and community care, education and youth development, legal aid and rights, environment and heritage, and agriculture and rural livelihoods. Every programme is led locally by a named individual with accountability for its outcomes.

Roles that are under recruitment are not listed. Programme leaders operating in an interim or acting capacity are indicated as such. Programme leaders lead specific programme work; the Foundation’s executive leadership and governance are listed separately on the Leadership page.

The Foundation is in a period of active growth. Individuals with substantive experience in any of our focus areas — and with the temperament for the discipline of accountable programme delivery — are invited to explore programme leadership roles.

Programme leaders come from many backgrounds: retired civil servants, senior professionals in medicine, law, education, agriculture, and administration; community organisers with a track record; and specialists whose expertise matches a specific programme need.
