FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mahesh Patil is the founder and driving force of the Lok Rakshak Sena Foundation — a physicist who sees the universe through equations, and a martial artist who understands that true strength is disciplined restraint.
Through the Foundation, he channels his intelligence into ground-level change: relief camps, health services, legal aid, environmental restoration, animal welfare, and the upliftment of the forgotten. His conviction is that service is the highest calling of a life spent examining the nature of things.

Swami Shree Manuska Das
SPIRITUAL HEAD
Swami Shree Manuska Das carries the vision of reviving India’s sacred heritage as living, breathing centres of transformation — not merely as historical monuments.
His conviction, shared with the Foundation, is that every ancient site named in the Vedas and Upanishads should become a functional spiritual centre — offering Yoga, Meditation, and Ayurvedic healing, freely accessible to every soul regardless of caste, faith, or economic status.

Shivam Goswami
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Chief Technology Officer of the Foundation and the bridge between innovation, spirituality, and modern science. As Co-Founder and CEO of Chandrahas Technologies, Shivam leads the Foundation’s AI Mission — uniting an engineer’s discipline with a scholar’s reverence for India’s heritage.
He works alongside the founding team on technology architecture, digital preservation of scriptural and archaeological evidence, and the development of ethically-rooted AI that carries humanity at its centre.
