About LRS Foundation
The Foundation Story · हम कौन हैं
A Calling. A Consciousness. A Sena.
Lok Rakshak Sena Foundation is not an organisation in the conventional sense. It is a calling — a movement that arises from a single, urgent recognition: that the Earth, and all who live upon it, need defenders. Not soldiers with weapons, but soldiers of seva (service), sahyog (cooperation) and chetana (consciousness). Registered under the Companies Act, 2013, Section 8 as a not-for-profit company.
Mission & Purpose · मिशन एवं उद्देश्य
We are a fellowship of physicists and farmers, of monks and martial artists, of bureaucrats and barefoot volunteers — united by the conviction that every being matters and every life can be lifted. Our mission is to protect, uplift and serve every being through organised, selfless, conscious action — to uplift women, children, farmers, artisans, animals and the natural world.

Our Core Values · हमारे मूल्य
The Foundation was conceived by Mahesh Patil, a physicist and martial artist. He was raised by a labour supply worker — his father, Santosh Patil — whose quiet greatness and unwavering faith planted the seed of this mission. The spiritual direction was sculpted by Swami Shree Manuska Das, whose vision of reviving India’s sacred sites as living centres of healing forms the soul of our Tier III work.
Seva
We work on three principles: Organised Action — every village, every ward, every district has a defined structure with defined roles; Selfless Service — members serve without political affiliation, without financial expectation, without ego; Conscious Direction — every action is guided by the wisdom of scientists, sages and visionaries on our Consciousness Council.
Satya
Karuna
To the citizen: We will stand with you when the system does not. To the worker: We will fight for your dignity. To the woman: We will protect your right to live free. To the child: We will give you a future worth growing into. To the farmer: We will honour your hands that feed us. To the animal: We will speak for you. To the Earth: We will defend you, body and breath.
Ahimsa
We exist because the poor are still without justice, the sick still without medicine, women still without safety, children still without education, animals still without voice, the natural world still without protection — and the wisdom of our ancestors lies dormant while modern life loses its compass.
Chetana
From the smallest village panchayat to the United Nations — our structure is designed to function at every level. Three tiers, nine wings, and a clear pyramid of accountability from the Gram Seva Pramukh to the Rashtriya Seva Nideshak.
“Consciousness has infinite intelligence. Let us tap consciousness to decode the universe — and to heal it. The greatest teacher I ever had wore no robes, held no degree, and charged no fee. He simply worked, and loved, and believed in me.”
— Mahesh Patil, Founder · Physicist · Martial Artist

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Lok Rakshak Sena Foundation?
Lok Rakshak Sena Foundation is a Section 8 non-profit organisation registered under the Companies Act, 2013, Government of India. It operates as a citizen-led service force across three tiers (Lok Rakshak Sena · Power Cooperation Council · Consciousness Council) and nine specialised wings — relief, health, justice, education, women, youth, environment, spiritual sciences, and farmer/rural development.
Is LRSF legally registered?
100% of our work is directed at ground operations: relief camps, medical aid, legal support, education, women’s empowerment, environmental restoration and animal welfare. No politics. No profit. No discrimination.
How is LRSF different from other NGOs?
Yes. We are formally registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 — a non-profit legal structure that demands transparency, accountability and zero personal profit-taking. We hold PAN, TAN and GST registrations. 12A and 80G donor tax-exemption certifications are in process. FCRA application is on track for international donations.
Are donations tax deductible?
Most NGOs operate flat, single-purpose structures. LRSF is built as a complete organisational pyramid — from village to global — across three coordinated tiers (organised force, institutional partners, and a consciousness council of scientists and sages) and nine specialised wings. We combine ground-level service with policy bridges and wisdom guidance, all without political alignment.
Can I volunteer remotely or part-time?
Indian taxpayers can claim 50% deduction on donations under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act once our 80G approval is finalised. Receipt with 80G certificate number is auto-emailed within 24 hours of donation. FCRA approval is pending for international donations.
Is LRSF affiliated with any political party?
Yes. Whether you have one hour a week or one weekend a month, there is a place for you. Many roles — legal aid, media outreach, research, mentorship, digital literacy — can be performed remotely. Field roles (relief, health camps, legal helpdesks) require local presence at your Gram, Vibhag, Taluka or District unit.
