INSIDE THE SENA
Organisational Structure
संगठनात्मक संरचना
Thousands of structured roles, one Sena. A complete operational pyramid from the village to the United Nations — every level defined, every role accountable.
AT A GLANCE
One pyramid, eight levels.
From a single village unit to representation at the United Nations, every level of the Sena has a defined number of roles and a defined heading authority. Structure is not bureaucracy here — it is how reach becomes reliable.

HOW DESIGNATIONS ARE AWARDED
Earned from the ground up.
What does selection depend on?
Designations are awarded on character, capacity and commitment — never on wealth or political connection. The question is always what a person can give, and how reliably they will give it.
Is there a probation period?
Yes. Every member serves a probation period as a regular Sevak or Sevika before any senior designation is considered. The structure is earned from the ground, not granted from above.
What does induction involve?
Formal induction includes a brief code-of-conduct training that binds all designation-holders to non-partisan, ethical conduct in the Sena’s name.
How is performance reviewed?
Every designation is subject to an annual review of activity and contribution. A role in the Sena is a living responsibility, not a permanent title.
Find your role in the structure.
Every level needs committed people of character. See the full list of designations, or begin your path as a Sevak today.
