Mahesh Patil

Founder & Managing Director

Mahesh Patil is the founder and driving force of the Lok Rakshak Sena Foundation — a physicist who sees the universe through equations, and a martial artist who understands that true strength is disciplined restraint. Through the Foundation, he channels his intelligence into ground-level change: relief camps, health services, legal aid, environmental restoration, animal welfare, and the upliftment of the forgotten. His conviction is that service is the highest calling of a life spent examining the nature of things.

“Consciousness has infinite intelligence. Let us tap it to decode the universe.”

Swami Shree Manuska Das

Spiritual Head

Swami Shree Manuska Das carries the vision of reviving India’s sacred heritage as living, breathing centres of transformation — not merely as historical monuments. His conviction, shared with the Foundation, is that every ancient site named in the Vedas and Upanishads should become a functional spiritual centre — offering Yoga, Meditation, and Ayurvedic healing, freely accessible to every soul regardless of caste, faith, or economic status.

“Ancient wisdom is not dead — it is dormant. Our duty is to awaken it, and offer it freely to every soul seeking healing and truth.”

Harshad Gugaliya

Chairman of the Advisory Board

Harshad Gugaliya is the Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Foundation. He has dedicated his life to a singular, profound mission: establishing true humanity and universal compassion as our highest callings, superseding all man-made social divisions. Under his leadership, the Foundation operates on the firm conviction that it is the shared duty of governing systems and individual citizens alike to guarantee basic rights for every human while relentlessly protecting the Earth’s foundational elements. For him, the guiding philosophy of "My Earth, My Duty" is far more than a slogan — it is a lifelong vow to actively safeguard every living creature, ecosystem, and future generation.
